Response-time clocks by priority
Set response and fix targets for each priority level, P1 through P4, for each building. Every request shows how much time is left, so the urgent jobs rise to the top.
A QR code for every room
Each suite, restroom and exam room gets its own code. Requests arrive with the exact location, so no one has to call back to ask "which bathroom?"
Records for inspections
On the roadmap: preventive maintenance history and a life-safety records binder, organized the way inspectors expect to see them.
