Proof of Done

Done means a photo, a time and a name.

Not "all set." Proven.

Why proof matters in facilities

Good facility work is invisible. A clean restroom looks like nothing happened. A fixed leak leaves no trace. When a tenant complains a week later, the only record is someone's word, and a long email chain nobody wants to read.

Proof of Done changes the record from "someone said so" to "here it is."

What's on every Proof of Done

The photo

Taken by the technician on the job, at the moment it's closed.

The time

When the work was finished, next to the response-time clock it was measured against.

The name

Who closed it, so credit goes to the person who did the work.

The request

Who asked, where, and what they said, all in one place.

Who sees it

When a photo isn't possible

Some jobs can't be photographed. A manager can close those with a written reason, and Carrybeam keeps them separate, so they never count as Proof of Done.

Make "done" mean done.
